Rome, 12 Aug. (LaPresse) – The number of ‘red alerts’ for the heatwave in Italy is falling. According to the latest update from the Ministry of Health, tomorrow, Thursday, there will be 18 cities on the highest alert level, but the real change will come on 14 August, when there will be just seven ‘red alerts’: Bari, Bolzano, Cagliari, Genoa, Messina, Palermo and Reggio Calabria. It should be noted that between tomorrow and Friday, most of the cities currently on red alert will be downgraded to yellow: Bologna, Campobasso, Catania, Civitavecchia, Florence, Frosinone, Latina, Naples, Perugia, Rieti, Rome and Viterbo.
