The body was found by Carabinieri officers from the Potenza provincial command, who intervened following a report from 118 emergency medical personnel, who detected clear signs of facial trauma. An investigation for murder is underway: the officers, coordinated by the Potenza Prosecutor’s Office, are questioning the woman’s relatives and some friends to reconstruct what happened. The home, where investigations are still ongoing, has been placed under seizure.
