Milan, 20 Sept. (LaPresse) – The Carabinieri in Rome, who are investigating the case of the 13-year-old who stabbed his teacher in Centocelle on Friday, are trying to identify the user who screen-recorded the video showing the boy preparing himself in the school toilets and who then uploaded it to the website ‘watchpeopledie.tv’, which yesterday published nearly three minutes of footage. This is part of the investigation into incitement to commit a crime: the police are keen to identify the other four users who were connected to the Telegram call during which the boy – who is not criminally responsible – was preparing to attack the 66-year-old, and to establish whether any other websites containing violent or inciting content were accessed in the days or weeks leading up to the incident. Attention is focused in particular on a profile, presumably Russian, which posted some text in Cyrillic on the site to accompany the video. Meanwhile, the 13-year-old remains hospitalised in the Department of Child Neuropsychiatry and Neurodevelopmental Disorders at the Policlinico Umberto I in Rome.
