Garlasco: Pavia Public Prosecutor’s Office notifies Sempio of the closure of the investigation

Pavia, 28 Sept. (LaPresse) – Notice has been given of the closure of the investigation into the Garlasco murder case concerning the killing of Chiara Poggi, who was murdered on 13 August 2007. The Pavia Public Prosecutor’s Office, it is understood, has notified the defence team of Andrea Sempio, represented by lawyers Liborio Cataliotti and Angela Taccia. The defence now has 20 days to examine the case files and submit a written statement.
