Rome, 30 Sep. (LaPresse) – The Turin prosecutor’s office has ordered forensic analysis of the cell phones seized from the three arrested men and the victim to reconstruct the hours before the crime that involved Fabio Colapietro. The murder and subsequent dismemberment of the body took place in the apartment on Via Gulli of Professor Nicole Formichetti, 47, under investigation together with Keith Simon Domingo Butig, 22, and Cristian Matheus De Oliveira Morando, 26 (the latter confessed to having squeezed the victim around his neck before dissecting her in the bathtub – ed.). An autopsy on the 39-year-old will clarify the cause of death and when he was killed on Friday. The proceedings are underway for the crimes of aiding and abetting the suppression of a corpse. The investigation is being coordinated by the Turin prosecutor’s office, while the victim’s parents have appointed lawyers Riccardo Magarelli and Katia Albanese to join the civil action.
