Ranucci attack: Lavitola transferred to common inmates in Rebibbia prison

Rome, 1 Oct. (LaPresse) – Valter Lavitola, who confessed to instigating the attack on Sigfrido Ranucci, is no longer subject to the high-security regime in Rome’s Rebibbia prison. According to his defense attorney, Sergio Cola, the entrepreneur had already been transferred to the section designated for ordinary prisoners, also in the Roman penitentiary, about ten days ago. The measure was adopted by the DAP after the favorable opinion expressed by the prosecutors of the Rome DDA.
