These are the offenses for which police arrested an Italian citizen pursuant to a pretrial detention order issued by the investigating judge of the Rome Court, at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office. On his mobile phone and other electronic devices, he had instructions on how to prepare explosive devices or sabotage essential public services such as rail transport and prisons. The restrictive measure was issued at the conclusion of a complex investigation coordinated by the Rome Prosecutor’s Office and conducted by the Digos of the Rome Police Headquarters, following the facial injury of the Deputy Head of the Rome Digos, which occurred during an anarchist demonstration held in the capital on April 18, during which there were moments of tension.
