Milan, 6 Oct. (LaPresse) – Two Georgian nationals – a man and a woman – have been reported to the authorities but remain at liberty on charges of document forgery after attempting to board a Bologna–Tel Aviv flight from Bologna’s ‘Marconi’ Airport using Israeli passports which were subsequently found to be forged. They had arrived in Italy on a flight from Turkey and were also in possession of their genuine documents, which they presented during police checks. As they were found to be legally present in the country and had their documents with them, after being charged, the man and woman purchased two flight tickets to Albania, the country to which they subsequently travelled.
