(LaPresse) – The two teenagers, aged 16 and 17, who are under investigation for six assaults carried out using a minicar in Monteverde, Rome, between 4 and 5 October, answered the public prosecutor’s questions and also made statements in the presence of their lawyers. Before the public prosecutor at the Juvenile Court, they reportedly confirmed what they had already stated immediately after being identified. The charges are attempted murder, causing grievous bodily harm and assault in concert. Among the victims is the actor Davide Iacopini, who fell from his scooter and remains in hospital in a serious condition. The prosecutor will now consider what precautionary measures to request from the judge for preliminary investigations. Upon leaving the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Juvenile Court in Rome, the defence lawyers for the two teenagers made no statements.
