Organiser of ‘17 October’ under investigation for aggravated incitement to commit a criminal offence

Rome, 24 Oct. (LaPresse) – Youssef Siher, believed to be the organiser of the 17 October Movement, is under investigation by the Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office for incitement to commit a criminal offence, glorification of crimes and organised violence at public demonstrations (a new offence under Article 420-bis of the Italian Criminal Code), aggravated by the use of digital media.
