Rome, 24 Oct. (LaPresse) – “With reference to the recent news reports concerning the events that took place in Milan on 17 October, we wish to point out that Youssef Siher completed an internship at ISPI in 2024. He has not collaborated with the Institute since then”. ISPI, the Italian Institute for International Political Studies, said in a statement regarding the alleged creator of the 17 October Movement, who is under investigation by the Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office for incitement to commit crimes, apologia for crimes and organised violence at public demonstrations (a new offence provided for under Article 420-bis of the Italian Criminal Code), aggravated by the use of electronic means.
