Milan preliminary investigations judge Tiziana Landoni rejected the request by the Public Prosecutor’s Office – prosecutor Francesca Crupi and Chief Prosecutor Marcello Viola – who had sought prison custody for the political scientist. The 30-year-old was accused of incitement to commit crimes aggravated by the purpose of terrorism and organised violence during public demonstrations.
