Rome, 2 Nov. (LaPresse) – No revocation of the strict prison regime under Article 41 bis for the anarchist Alfredo Cospito. The Court of Cassation has upheld the maximum-security regime, rejecting the defence’s appeal against the two-year extension ordered by the Ministry of Justice and endorsed by the Rome Supervisory Court. The anarchist, who is imprisoned in Sassari, has been subject to the 41 bis regime since 2022 to prevent him from establishing links with anarchist circles outside the prison.
