Milan, 5 Nov. (LaPresse) – Since the early hours of the morning, the State Police, following the conclusion of the investigation conducted by the local DIGOS unit and coordinated by the Turin Public Prosecutor’s Office, have been enforcing an order for precautionary measures (remand in custody, house arrest, a ban on residing in Turin and an obligation to report daily to the judicial police) issued by the investigating magistrate against anti-establishment activists under investigation, on various counts, for offences committed during the national demonstration against the eviction of Askatasuna held on 31 January 2026.
