At the bottom of everything is, in fact, the human dimension of care and assistance services, which, while it cannot do without adequate resources, is expressed in service to individuals, families, and communities.” Thus the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, in the message sent to the President of the National Federation of Orders of Nursing Professions, Barbara Mangiacavalli on the occasion of the National Congress 'Nursing – Innovation, Challenges and Solutions. “The Congress of the National Federation of Orders of Nursing Professions is an important opportunity for discussion and proposal to confirm the fundamental role of the health care system in the pursuit of the objectives of dignity and social cohesion indicated by the Constitution of the Republic,” the head of state added.
