Rome, March 22 (LaPresse) – "The good faith of holders of political offices is presumed until proven otherwise, except in cases of willful misconduct, when the acts adopted by these office holders, in the exercise of their competences, are proposed, reviewed, or signed by the heads of technical or administrative offices, in the absence of formal, internal or external opinions to the contrary."
This is stated in an amendment to the bill on the reform of the Court of Auditors, signed by FdI deputies Augusta Montaruli and Luca Sbardella, which was approved last Wednesday by the Constitutional Affairs and Justice Committees of the Chamber of Deputies.
