Rome, 27 May (LaPresse) – "When I went to Caivano just under a year ago to inaugurate the new “Pino Daniele” Sports Centre, the facility that replaced the former Delphinia, a symbol of the degradation and neglect of that area, I promised the citizens that the government's work would not end there. That there was still a lot to do, and that we would not leave once the spotlight was off. That is what has happened. We are keeping that commitment, and today I am happy to announce another step forward for the future of Caivano. The call for tenders has been published for the redevelopment of the municipal housing in Parco Verde, which was built after the 1980 Irpinia earthquake to house those who had lost their homes but which, over the last forty years, has been completely abandoned. Unfortunately, in many cases, they fell into the hands of individuals convicted of Camorra crimes'. This was stated by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in a video message released on the occasion of the publication of the call for tenders for the redevelopment of Parco Verde in Caivano.
