Rome, Sept. 3 (LaPresse) – “The Strait of Messina Bridge is already fully financed with state resources, and no funds are allocated to Defense. At the moment, the possible use of NATO resources is not on the agenda and — above all — it is not an indispensable necessity. The project is not under discussion.”
This is stated in a note from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MIT).
