Separation of careers, ANM: ‘The balance of powers provided for by the Constitution is at risk’

Rome, 18 September (LaPresse) – “We take note of the third parliamentary vote on constitutional reform and renew our commitment ahead of the referendum to inform all Italians about the dangers of the Nordio bill. We will do so starting with the national assembly on 25 October in Rome. This reform takes away citizens’ rights, does not harm individual magistrates but jeopardises the balance of powers defined by our own Constitution’. This was stated by the ANM Central Executive Committee in a note.
