Rome, Oct. 4 (LaPresse) – “All the people who are still there and those who have returned were illegally detained. They were kidnapped. Their fundamental rights to defense were denied, and essential services were denied. We have filed a complaint with the Rome prosecutor’s office for this abduction. And we have filed another one regarding the attack we suffered on board the boats,” said Maria Elena Delia, the Italian spokesperson for the Global Sumud Flotilla, during a press conference in Rome with the MPs who returned to Italy after the Flotilla mission.
