Rome, 17 October (LaPresse) – “As regards the issue of funding, the Prime Minister has stated very clearly that talks have been held with the banking sector and there will be no taxes on extra profits. This means that there has been a joint effort, and choices have been made that have led us to achieve a good result that protects the interests of citizens, so I consider myself satisfied, both as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister, but also as Forza Italia.” This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Antonio Tajani at the press conference following the Council of Ministers meeting that approved the budget.
