Rome, 8 December (LaPresse) – Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni took part in a video conference this afternoon with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and other European leaders to discuss the latest developments in the peace process in Ukraine in light of the recent talks between the American and Ukrainian delegations and ahead of President Zelensky’s visit to Rome tomorrow. This is according to a statement from Palazzo Chigi. Meloni, it is explained, once again emphasised the importance of unity of views between European partners and the United States in order to achieve a just and lasting peace in Ukraine.
