Budget, PD: “Marks the decline of this government and the decline of the country”

Rome, Dec. 20 (LaPresse) – “The budget was born completely devoid of any growth perspective. And it ends with the worsening of the Fornero law, which they had promised to abolish.” This is what Daniele Manca, the PD group leader in the Budget Committee, said on the sidelines of the work on the Budget. The work shows “confusion inside and out, in a majority that is becoming unsustainable for the country,” he added. “I believe they demonstrate all their inadequacy, because they always hit the same people who have worked their whole lives, the most vulnerable, leave families alone, and do not give a growth perspective to businesses. This is a failing budget law. It is not only the majority that has failed, Giorgia Meloni has failed too, as she had promised a serious and credible budget also towards Europe. In reality, this is a dangerous budget for the country’s future, which unfortunately marks two declines coming together: the decline of this government and the decline of the country.”
