Rome, 22 December (LaPresse) – The President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, has signed – pursuant to Article 87, paragraph 11 of the Constitution – five pardons, on which the Minister of Justice, at the conclusion of the required preliminary investigation, issued a favourable opinion.
