It is a step backwards from the established case law of the Court of Cassation and the ECHR on “consent”, which is different from “dissent”: dissent places more weight on the shoulders of victims.‘ So said PD secretary Elly Schlein during a press conference in the Chamber of Deputies. ’There is not a single comma that has been negotiated with the PD, not one,‘ she insisted. ’They have betrayed an agreement that was made, and that is their problem.”
