Crans-Montana, Mattarella: ‘These young people must succeed, we must give them back their full lives’

Milan, 2 February (LaPresse) – ‘They must make it. We must give them back a full life.’ These were the words of Italian President Sergio Mattarella when he met the parents of the young people involved in the New Year’s Eve fire at Le Constellation in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, at Niguarda Hospital. ‘I thank you for what you do on a daily basis and for what you have done and are doing in this circumstance,’ added the Head of State, speaking to the doctors treating the injured. After meeting with doctors and parents, Mattarella took a brief tour of the hospital ward.
