Referendum: Mattarella adopts new presidential decree clarifying the question

Rome, 7 February (LaPresse) – The President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, has adopted the Presidential Decree containing ‘Clarification of the question for the confirmatory referendum on the text of the constitutional law concerning rules on the judicial system and the establishment of the disciplinary court’. The text, approved today by the Council of Ministers, supplements the text of the referendum question in accordance with the instructions of the central office of the Court of Cassation, without changing the dates of the vote on 22 and 23 March.
