Iran, Giorgetti: ‘Italy’s public finances are capable of withstanding shocks’

Rome, 28 March (LaPresse) – ‘We are facing this crisis from a position of relative strength, because whilst the fundamentals of our economy may not be exceptional, they are positive. Public finances are capable of withstanding this shock.’ This was stated by the Minister for the Economy, Giancarlo Giorgetti, speaking at the Teha Workshop ‘The Economic and Financial Outlook’ at Villa d’Este, in reference to the crisis in Iran.
