Milan: “Patriots” march gets underway, led by a tractor and a banner reading “Masters in our own home”

Milan, 18 Apr. (LaPresse) – The march organised by the Lega to mark the European Patriots’ rally, entitled “Without fear – Masters in our own home in Europe”, has set off from Corso Venezia in Milan. Around 2,000 people are taking part, heading towards Piazza Duomo. At the head of the procession is a tractor bearing the slogan “Agriculture deserves respect and dignity”, and in the front row, behind the “Masters in our own home” banner, are mayors, administrators and representatives of the Carroccio wearing the “Masters in our own home” sash. Among the leading figures present are Deputy Secretary Silvia Sardone and the Secretary of the Lega Lombarda, Massimiliano Romeo. There were numerous slogans directed against the left and also against the counter-demonstrations organised by social centres.
