Publishing, Nordio: ‘An “anti-fascist licence”? The Criminal Code was written by Mussolini’

Milan, 15 June (LaPresse) – “Perhaps the organisers are unaware that the most important book for our justice system, namely the Criminal Code, bears Mussolini’s signature.” This was Justice Minister Carlo Nordio’s comment on the introduction of the ‘anti-fascist licence’ proposed by the organisers of the national fair for small and medium-sized publishers, ‘Più Libri Più Liberi’, scheduled to take place in Rome this coming December.
