Milan, June 18 (LaPresse) – “We look like the Democratic Party, that is the truth,” because “there is real chaos” and “we are not used to this chaos.” This is what League senator Massimo Garavaglia said in an interview with Repubblica, referring to the ongoing discussions within the League. “There was already an executive committee, I don’t think that now a coordination structure involving local areas would be useful. Something else is needed and there will be something else,” Garavaglia added, saying that “a revolution every now and then is needed and now it will happen, it is in everyone’s interest, especially Salvini’s.” For now, he added, “everything is on hold waiting for the July 4–5 rally in Treviso.” Regarding the rise in polls of Vannacci, the League senator stressed that “this is the only good thing,” since “we are no longer the fascists, this is fantastic and, being totally anti-fascist, I am extremely pleased that now the fascists are those of Futuro Nazionale.”
