Rome, 27 June (LaPresse) – “The Government, through the State Legal Service, will oppose the request to dismiss the case submitted by the Public Prosecutor’s Office as part of the investigation into the Ustica air disaster. The hearing at which the judge will be called upon to rule on the request to dismiss the case has been set for 30 September. At present, it is not yet possible to bring a civil action, as the proceedings are still at the preliminary investigation stage.” So stated Palazzo Chigi in a press release.
