Milan, September 17 (LaPresse) – “In Pontida, we will showcase a vision of the future, and not just in view of the upcoming elections: it will be a look ahead to the coming years,” said Lega leader Matteo Salvini, interviewed by the Corriere della Sera. “I don’t think the Lega members want controversy at the rally. There will also be a tribute to the absolute genius who brought us together there: Umberto Bossi. He is the one who taught us that we must look forward: think of how many times the Lega has done so. And so we will all be together again in Pontida,” added Salvini. “Everyone,” Salvini reiterated when asked about the presence of Senate group leader Romeo, “unless someone wants to exclude themselves. Pontida is everyone’s home: obviously, we must leave any excessive controversy behind.”
