Rome, 14 Oct. (LaPresse) – The PD, M5S, AVS and IV will abstain in a cross-voting arrangement on the points of their respective resolutions concerning Kyiv. This is the first time this has happened. In the past, in fact, there had been votes against the motion amongst the opposition parties on this issue. According to reports, the reformists within the PD did not take part in the vote on the commitments regarding Kyiv, whilst the rest of the party abstained.
