Milan, 2 Mar (LaPresse) – Marc Marquez won the Grand Prix of Thailand, the opening race of the MotoGP World Championship. At the Buriram circuit it was an immediate Ducati hat-trick, with the Spanish rider from the factory team ahead of his brother Alex on a Team Gresini Ducati and Francesco ‘Pecco’ Bagnaia on the other factory bike. Fourth place went to Franco Morbidelli on another Team VR46 Ducati of Valentino Rossi. Marc Marquez completes a perfect weekend with pole, victory in the sprint and long race, for him victory number 63 in his career.
