Milan, Mar. 2 (LaPresse) – A great Federica Brignone won the SuperG of Kvitfjell, in Norway, valid for the Women's Alpine Ski World Cup. With a time of 1'30"11, the champion from Valle d'Aosta was just +0.06 thousandths ahead of Swiss Lara Gut Behrami and +0.09 thousandths ahead of the other Italian Sofia Goggia. The race is still on, but by now all the best have started. The triumph in the Super-G in Kvitfjell enriches Brignone's glorious palmares even more. She can now count on five world medals, two of which are gold, three Olympic medals as well as 35 victories in the World Cup, making her the most successful Italian ever, and the only Italian to have conquered the overall ranking. A ranking that she also leads this season.
