Turin, 27 June (LaPresse) – Jasmine Paolini lost the semi-final of the “Bad Homburg Open” (WTA 500 – prize money $1,064,510), which is coming to an end on the courts of the Hessian town, in Germany, the last event – together with Eastbourne – to fine-tune preparations for Wimbledon, losing in two sets to Iga Swiatek, who won 6-1, 6-3 in exactly one hour of play. In the final, the Polish player awaits the winner of the match between Jessica Pegula and Linda Noskova.
