Football: Atalanta stadium changes name to New Balance Arena

Rome, 25 September (LaPresse) – ‘Atalanta BC and New Balance are pleased to announce a new stage in their collaboration. After becoming the club’s official kit sponsor at the start of the 2025/26 season, New Balance has now also acquired the naming rights to the historic stadium in Bergamo, which will officially be renamed New Balance Arena as of today.’ This is according to a statement published on the Bergamo club’s website. ‘At the heart of the partnership is a commitment to giving back to the community and supporting the development of the next generation of footballers,’ the statement explains. ‘In line with this vision, the agreement also includes the exclusive acquisition of the naming rights to the Nerazzurri youth academy, which will be called New Balance Academy-Dedicated to Mino Favini, in honour of the “maestro” of the Atalanta youth academy, discoverer and trainer of talent and symbol of the club’s educational model.’ ‘We are excited about our partnership with New Balance, a collaboration based on shared values such as hard work, integrity and a deep commitment to our community.
