Volleyball World Cup: Bulgaria first finalist, Czech Republic beaten 3-1

Milan, 27 September (LaPresse) – Bulgaria is the first finalist of the Men’s Volleyball World Cup in the Philippines. In Pasay City, the national team led by former Italian coach Gianlorenzo Blengini defeated the Czech Republic 3-1 in the first semi-final, with scores of 25-20, 23-25, 25-21, 25-22. At 12.30 p.m., the second semi-final will see Fefè de Giorgi’s Azzurri take on Poland in a rematch of the last World Cup final.
