Serie A, Inter-Cremonese 4-1: Chivu’s fifth consecutive win

Rome, October 4 (LaPresse) – In the sixth round of Serie A, Inter crushed Cremonese 4-1. The Nerazzurri started strong and took the lead in the 6th minute with Lautaro Martinez, who finished Ange-Yoan Bonny’s assist, starting from the first minute. Inter pressed, forcing Davide Nicola’s Cremonese into corners. In the 13th minute, Di Marco shot from a corner, deflected by Akanji, but the goal was canceled by referee Feliciani after VAR review due to an offside position. Inter did not relent, creating several clear chances and doubled the lead in the 38th minute: a sharp cross from Di Marco met by Bonny’s header, beating Silvestri. In the 55th minute, Inter made it 3-0: Dimarco received the ball outside the area from Bonny after a corner and fired a powerful diagonal shot past Silvestri. Less than two minutes later came the fourth goal: a defensive error by Cremonese allowed Mkhitaryan to recover the ball and assist Bonny, who then set up Barella for the 4-0. Cremonese’s consolation goal came from Federico Bonazzoli: a cross from the right and a volley finish that beat Sommer.
