Juventus, meniscus injury for Bremer: knee surgery

Turin, 13 October (LaPresse) – Juventus loses Gleison Bremer to injury. ‘This morning, in Lyon, Gleison Bremer underwent a medical examination by Dr Sonnery-Cottet, who found a medial meniscus injury in his left knee,’ reads a statement from the Bianconeri club. ‘In the next few hours, the player will undergo selective arthroscopic meniscectomy surgery.’ Juve has not disclosed the timing for the Brazilian’s return, but he is expected to be out for between one and two months.
