Milan, 24 October. (LaPresse) – Italy has immediately won a gold medal at the Track Cycling World Championships, currently underway in Santiago, Chile. The medal was won by the women’s team pursuit team of Martina Fidanza, Federica Venturelli, Vittoria Guazzini and Chiara Consonni, who beat defending champions Germany in the final with a time of 4’09″569.
