NBA: Detroit wins 10 in a row, Chicago surprises super Jokic

Rome, 18 Nov. (LaPresse) – Detroit shows no signs of slowing down and, despite several absences, beats Indiana, climbing to 10 consecutive wins, a feat not achieved since 2008. Chicago wins in the final minutes on Denver’s court despite a monstrous triple-double (36 points, 18 rebounds and 13 assists) by Nikola Jokic. Cleveland beats Milwaukee, taking advantage of Antetokounmpo’s injury (groin problem to be evaluated), Philadelphia comes back against the Clippers with 39 points from Tyrese Maxey and Paul George’s season debut (9 points). Simone Fontecchio scored 14 points in Miami’s sprint finish victory over New York, with Toronto, Minnesota and Oklahoma City also winning.
