Australian Open: Sinner and Musetti with Alcaraz and Kyrgios at Opening Week

Milan, 5 December. (LaPresse) – Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz will be the most eagerly awaited stars of Opening Week ahead of the Australian Open, a week of exhibition matches between some of the circuit’s leading players. The tournament organisers announced this on their social media channels. Sinner will take on Canada’s Felix Auger-Aliassime, while Spain’s Alcaraz will face home favourite Alex de Minaur. Another Italian, Lorenzo Musetti, will also be on court against Germany’s Alexander Zverev. Alcaraz, together with Nick Kyrgios, will be the stars of the eagerly awaited “1 Point Slam” exhibition, in which they will face non-professional players who, by winning a single point, will have the chance to win up to £1 million.
