Rome, Dec. 14 (LaPresse) – Norwegian Timon Haugan won the World Cup slalom in Val d’Isère. Haugan finished ahead of Swiss skier Loic Meillard and his fellow Norwegian Henrik Kristoffersen. A strong fourth place went to Italian Alex Vinatzer, who staged an impressive comeback, while another Italian, Tommaso Sala, finished seventh.
