Rome, 25 December (LaPresse) – With the transfer window set to open in a few days, negotiations for Giacomo Raspadori’s return to Italy could get underway, with Roma targeting the former Napoli player to strengthen their struggling attack. According to Marca, Atletico Madrid – which bought Raspadori in the summer – has no need to sell the striker, with whom it is fully satisfied despite his playing time not meeting the player’s expectations. But if Raspadori insists on a transfer, the Spanish club would only consider a loan with an obligation to buy, for a total of £22 million. If the valuation is the same as that made by Roma, the problem, according to Marca, is the formula. The Giallorossi, in fact, have offered two million for the loan and 20 million for the right (not the obligation) to buy.
