Turin, Jan. 7 (LaPresse) – A brace from Krstovic, who hadn’t scored since September and was fielded from the start in place of the injured Scamacca, allowed Atalanta to conquer the ‘Dall’Ara’ and beat Bologna 2-0 in the match valid for the 19th day of Serie A. The former Lecce striker broke the deadlock in the 37th minute of the first half with a touch from two yards out on a low cross from De Ketelaere, then doubled the lead in the 15th minute of the second half with a low shot from the edge of the box. Palladino’s team thus secured their fourth win in their last five games and climbed to seventh place with 28 points, overtaking Bologna – who are in a deep crisis and have not won a league game since November 22 – who remain stuck on 26 points.
