Soccer: FIGC, the new episode of the web series ‘Speak Out!’ is now online

Turin, Jan. 28 (LaPresse) – With the publication of the third episode, the journey of ‘Speak Out! Football tells its story’ continues on sostenibilia.it, the FIGC’s digital platform on social and environmental sustainability. The FIGC’s new web series on the social value of soccer is enriched with content that addresses the value of inclusion through a dialogue between director Volfango De Biasi and psychiatrist Santo Rullo, member of the FIGC Paralympic Soccer Division’s executive committee and creator of the national soccer team for people with cognitive-relational disabilities and psychiatric disorders, to recount the experience of ‘Crazy for Football’. It is not just cinema and sport, but the challenge of those who use a game to overcome all boundaries. A dialogue that takes to the field, where the real victory is not the result, but the awareness that the greatest ‘madness’ is to stand by and watch. A powerful story about how sport can give everyone a leading role. The FIGC’s new editorial project focuses on a universal language, that of soccer, to unite different generations on issues of particular relevance and great topicality: respect, inclusion, legality, health protection, education, and social redemption. The series consists of ten episodes published on the sustainability platform sostenibilia.it, one per week, starting on January 14.
