Milan, 10 February (LaPresse) – Italy won a historic gold medal in the mixed short track relay final at the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympics. In the final, Italy’s Elisa Confortola, Arianna Fontana, Thomas Nadalini and Pietro Sighel dominated with a time of 2’39‘019. Canada took silver in 2’39’258 and Belgium bronze in 2’39″353. This is Italy’s second gold medal at these Winter Olympics.
