Turin, March 16 (LaPresse) – Fiorentina comes away with a win in Cremona in a relegation battle. Vanoli’s Viola secured a 4-1 victory at the Zini Stadium in the late match of the 29th round of Serie A and moved further away from the relegation zone. Parisi opened the scoring for the Tuscan side in the 25th minute. Piccoli doubled the lead in the 32nd minute. Early in the second half, Dodô scored a spectacular goal to make it 3-0 (49′). Nicola’s team narrowed the gap in the 57th minute through Okereke, but Gudmundsson sealed the deal in the 70th minute. Fiorentina moves up to 28 points, putting them four points clear of the relegation zone. Cremononese, suffering their fourth straight loss, remain stuck on 24 points and in third-to-last place in the standings.
